With over 150 years of combined experience, you can trust our team to handle even your most complex mailings and logistics with ease. We’ll get you the best possible postage discounts, and you’ll also save money and stress by eliminating postal regulation errors.
The turnaround for most mailing services is 24 to 48 hours. And whether you need to send out 200 mail pieces or 2 million, you can count on superior attention to detail and personal service all through the process.
Presorting: Get the best possible postal savings available from the USPS by having us presort your mailing list.
Variable Data Printing: Would you be more likely to open a mail piece with your name on it, or just "current resident?" Personalization is the key to increasing response, and VDP makes the process easier. We offer full VDP services including full color and black-and-white printing of envelopes, letters, postcards and self mailers.
USPS Full-Service Intelligent Mail®: The Intelligent Mail® barcode is a 65-bar Postal Service™ barcode that allows you to participate in multiple Postal Service programs at the same time. By using it on your mail pieces, you get better postage rates plus improved deliverability and tracking. We can apply this barcode to your mail pieces so you reap these benefits.
Inkjetting: Also called direct imprinting, the address is sprayed directly onto mail pieces such as envelopes, newsletters, postcards, catalogs and booklets. We can print on coated stock, enamel and other "special" substrates, too.
Folding: If you're ever tried to fold a multiple page letter by hand, you know how tricky it can be to do it evenly. With our folding equipment, your multi-page mail pieces will fit in the envelopes properly and look crisp and professional.
Inserting: We can insert multiple pieces into envelopes of all sizes—from 6 ¾" up to 10x13" booklets or catalog envelopes, plus any size of "crystal clear" envelopes. We can match the name on the letter or insert to the name on the outside of the envelope for enhanced personalization of your direct mail piece.
Tabbing: Do you need to send out folded mailers or booklets? Postal regulations require that these materials have from two to three wafer seals affixed to keep them closed during mailing. "Tabbers" work in conjunction with our inkjetting machines to affix wafer seals at the same time we inkjet addresses onto mail pieces.
If you require printing services, we can print small quantities digitally for you in-house. We also work in partnership with local printers for offset printing of letters, postcards, newsletters and other direct mail pieces. You have one point of contact for your project, and you can trust it will be done quickly and done right.
